Is there really no transaction fee?
Really. We don’t take a cut of your sales on any plan with a store. You only pay your payment processor’s standard fee (typically 2.9% + 30¢).
Can I switch plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time. Your site stays exactly as it is; the change just affects which features are active.
Is there a free trial?
Every plan includes a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start.
What happens to my site if I cancel?
You can export your content at any time. If you cancel, your site goes offline but we keep your data for 30 days in case you change your mind.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — if you’re not happy in the first 30 days, email us and we’ll refund the full amount. No questions, no hoops.
